Inconsistent quality
Jodie HensonLocation: Croydon VICWe ordered name cards for our wedding and I was very disappointed with them. They were inconsistent in terms of size, quality and font and one was broken. They are flimsy and not a standard I was happy with. We contacted Wedding Favours to let them know about the quality issues and they were fantastic. We were offered a credit note for something else or recutting of the ones we were not happy with. We opted for recutting as it was too close to the wedding to find an alternative. The recut cards (about 10 that were too small) were significantly better but quite a bit bigger than the original batch.
